This Shipping & Returns Policy applies to orders placed on themagicbazaar.com (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1) Shipping / Delivery

Where we ship

We currently ship to the entire world.
If your country isn’t shown at checkout, we do not currently ship there.

Delivery options and costs

Delivery options, costs, and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout and may vary by:

destination
parcel size/weight
service level selected

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 working days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and UK bank holidays), unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Delivery times

Any delivery dates/times shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occur due to courier networks, weather, peak periods, or other events outside our control.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure your address details are correct. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts:

we may need to charge for re-delivery, or
we can refund the item(s) price minus any delivery/return-to-sender costs we’ve incurred (where applicable)

Damaged parcels or missing items

If your parcel arrives damaged, or items are missing:

contact info@themagicbazaar.com as soon as possible and ideally within 48 hours
include your order number and photos where relevant

 

2) Returns (Physical Products)

Your change-of-mind returns

If you’re a UK consumer, you typically have the right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of receiving your goods, then a further 14 days to return them.

To request a return, email info@themagicbazaar.com with:

your order number
the item(s) you want to return
the reason (optional, but helpful)

Return condition for a full refund

To receive a full refund on physical items, returns must be:

unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
in a resaleable condition (including seals/labels intact where applicable)

If an item is returned opened/used, we may:

refuse the return, or
offer a partial refund to reflect any loss in value (where permitted by law)

Return postage

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of posting.

Processing times

Once we receive and inspect your return, we aim to process refunds within 7 working days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.


 

3) Non-Refundable Items

Digital-only orders (non-refundable)

All digital-only purchases are non-refundable.
This includes (where applicable): downloads, digital files, video access, memberships, and any other digital content supplied electronically.

If you have trouble accessing a digital purchase, contact info@themagicbazaar.com and we’ll help resolve access issues.

Other exclusions

Refunds/returns may not be available for:

sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed (if applicable)

 

4) Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is:

faulty
damaged in transit
not as described
incorrect

Please contact info@themagicbazaar.com as soon as possible, including:

your order number
a description of the issue
photos (if relevant)

You have legal rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods. Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with UK consumer law.


 

5) Exchanges

We offer exchanges within 7 days if stock allows.
If you need a different item, the usual approach is to return the original (subject to the conditions above) and place a new order.


 

6) Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible at info@themagicbazaar.com.
If your order has already been dispatched, you’ll need to follow the returns process above.
